The Mayor doesn’t even have clout with the very businesses that he has actively promoted. They ignore his Code Enforcement, the basic maintenance and habitability of their property.

Then in a further sign of contempt for the City they go to court to defend what looks pretty indefensible.

The Mayor is suffering from the same malady as Obama. The wheels are coming off and the system he built was unsustainable and fatally flawed. Meanwhile the clouds of corruption and poor fiscal management swirl over his head.

All I have to say about this is the door to my building in Mohawk hills has sliced my heel open 3 times. I have put a request in for a work order and nothing has been done. I have a 5 month old baby and have to practically run through the door just to get in without the door slamming on me. The last time the door sliced my heel open, the whole back of my heel has at least 5 layers of skin taken off from when the door hit me. I am a diabetic and with a cut like that on my foot, I ran a very high risk of infection. When I went to the office, they acted like “yeah whatever. We will get to it when we get to it.” Like my concern with my building doesn’t even matter. There is an electrical wire coming from the building across from me what has been exposed ever since we moved in here. They redid the sidewalk next to it and still left it exposed. There are many children that play by that wire and it worries me
