IU Health to host first statewide job fair
The fair will be April 22 at IU Health’s main offices in downtown Indianapolis. IU Health is the largest healthcare system in Indiana and is looking to fill a wide range of skilled positions at its 14 hospitals and other facilities across the state.
“This is a great time to work in healthcare at IU Health,” stated Megan Haymaker, director of HR operations at IU Health. “New technologies, continually updated facilities and a cutting-edge approach to patient care combine to give our team members the best available tools to help patients.”
IU Health has openings for nurses, pharmacists, emergency medical personnel, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, technologists with varied clinical skills, and business positions in revenue cycle and customer service, among other positions. Jobs are posted online at careers.iuhealth.org/career-information/.
“We have something for everyone with healthcare skillsets, from entry level to experienced. And our openings appeal to candidates looking to work at our academic health center, suburban hospitals, or our many other facilities across the state,” stated Tanya Hahn, executive director of talent acquisition at IU Health.
At the free fair, job candidates will have the opportunity to learn about IU Health, talk to hiring managers and recruiters, discuss follow-up visits and participate in a raffle with free giveaways. The fair will last from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at IU Health’s Fairbanks Hall, 340 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, with free parking onsite.
