I’m running the Carmel: Marathon.
My goal for the 2013 Carmel Marathon Weekend: I plan on running the half with members of Back on My Feet. Several of the guys will be running their first half.
Why I run: To be healthy, challenge myself, achieve goals, and relieve stress.
Favorite place to run in Carmel: The Monon or River Road Park
Pre-race rituals: Bagel and peanut butter for breakfast
If I’m not running, I’m… : Biking, swimming, working, or spending time with my husband Ryan and our two dogs Tucker and Zoe
My advice for new runners: Keep at it. It will get easier and you will see improvement.
Why I like living and running in Carmel: So many sidewalks and paths to choose from, and I always see someone else out there.
