Just finished reading the article in yesterday’s Current “Murky Future?” With all the young, career-minded people moving into the area, how about using all of that vacant square footage where Old Navy and Hobby Lobby were for a multi-complex theater with apartments above. There is plenty of parking and it would provide jobs for Carmel residents. Also, it would be a draw for ethnic restaurants to come into the area.
