City of Carmel preps for ‘Night in the District’ to welcome guests from U.S. Conference of Mayors

The mayors are in Indianapolis for the U.S. Conference of Mayors, which will welcome both Lady Gaga and presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton as guests. Clinton will speak to the mayors on June 26 downtown Indianapolis. Local businesses in the Arts and Design District were asked by the City of Carmel to stay open late June 24 because the mayors will have time to walk the downtown Arts and Design District following the party at the Palladium.
