No candy, no pets, no…….what’s the sense in even going??? I guess the council is afraid the elephants are going to step on me and the kids grabbing the candy. Maybe two lines could be painted on the pavement to show the kids what the limit is for the kids to go after the candy. This is also a direct slap in the face and discrimination against the retail candy businesses. Woe is me……………

a little late to this article but in years past with animals allowed at the event its been a nightmare. (I own 2 dogs) It’s too crowded for the poor dogs and way too hot on most occasions. I noticed though that people still had animals and the staff and officers did nothing. That’s what’s upsetting to me. My daughter wanted to bring our puppy and I explained that it was no longer an option and then you have a few people who bend the rules. The incidents were reported but no one did anything to the offenders??
