“Earlier in the year, it was reported by city officials that Carmel was
in good shape when it came to money for road repaving throughout the
city. But now Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard is considering spending more.”

Of course it was reported by Brainard ——- Remember there was a primary election……now that Jim has won, well lets say that truth has finally come to the light of day.

It is truly amazing how (I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt) just naive (read gullible) Carmel voters are. Just remember that in the past 3 election segments Jim has doubled the debt, now that he has his bobble head City Council and C/T, Carmel will have in 2019 over $1.5-2B debt – let the spending begin!

Remember – You get the government you deserve.

In the breakdowns of districts, he didn’t win in the South West district. Unfortunately, we are only one of several districts. Those of us in the South West district have seen the results of his policies more than most. Now, the other districts will reap the “benefits.” Pushes for density in the central areas, yet builds apartments and LARGE commercial right next to established neighborhoods outside of the central districts. Now, he and his cronies are out to destroy old neighborhoods next to main street. They are in the way of their “vision.”
